Ospivia is a configurable hotel operations workspace for independent properties. It brings shift handovers, recurring checklists, approved procedures and maintenance issues into one browser-based dashboard. Staff can see what remains open, who owns it, its priority and the next action. Ospivia complements the existing PMS: it does not manage reservations, payments or guest data. The public demo uses fictional data and does not connect to hotel systems. Onboarding starts with one agreed operational flow, then roles, statuses, checklists and procedures are configured and verified with the hotel team.
