Privacy Policy

saasrocket.space ("we", "us") is operated by the same team behind directree.io. This policy explains what we collect when you use saasrocket.space, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you launch a product on saasrocket.space, we collect and store:

• Your email address -- provided during checkout. Used to associate your launch with your account and to send you your launch confirmation and magic-link sign-in links. We never share it.
• Your listing data -- product name, tagline, description, logo, URL, screenshots, and any other fields you fill in. This is public (it appears on your listing page and the galaxy map).
• Launch records -- date, payment reference (Stripe session ID, not card details), and whether your launch was a test flight. Stored in Supabase in the EU (region eu-west-1).
• Game scores -- if you play The Run, your best distance and run history are stored attached to your listing. Scores are public on the leaderboard.

Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full billing details. Stripe handles all of that under their own privacy policy. We only receive a payment session ID and the email address associated with your checkout.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (tag ID: G-H2KH42KL4E) to understand which pages people visit and how they use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address and browser information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Session cookies

When you sign in via magic link, we set a single httpOnly session cookie (sr_session) that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It does not track you across other sites.

Where your data is stored

All listing and launch data is stored in Supabase in the EU (AWS region eu-west-1, Ireland). We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU except as required by Stripe and Google Analytics under their respective data processing agreements.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

Data deletion

If you want your data deleted, send us a request via the contact page. We will remove your email, listing, and all associated records within 30 days. Note that your directree.io listing (if one was created at launch) is managed separately -- contact directree.io to remove that one.
