What is saasrocket.space?

saasrocket.space is a launch platform where SaaS products get sent into space in a paper-cutout cinematic and become a permanent star on the galaxy map. Launching is free during early access -- no charge, no subscriptions, no renewals.

What do I get when I launch?

A paper-cutout launch cinematic with your product logo on the rocket hull.
A permanent star on the saasrocket.space galaxy map at saasrocket.space/galaxy.
A product listing page at saasrocket.space/tool/your-product.
A listing with a do-follow backlink to your site.
An automatic listing on directree.io (the honest software directory, same maker), labelled "Launched via saasrocket.space".

What happens when I launch? (watch the film)

This. Your logo rides the rocket hull through a full paper-cutout launch cinematic — countdown, ignition, liftoff — and ends as a permanent star in the galaxy. Two minutes, start to finish:

Is the star really permanent?

Yes. Your star stays in the galaxy map as long as saasrocket.space is running. Stars are not tied to a subscription -- we do not remove stars once placed. The only exception is if a listing is removed for violating the terms (illegal, misleading, or abusive content), in which case the listing and star are removed.

Can I edit my listing after launch?

Yes. Log in at saasrocket.space/account using the email address you paid with. Accounts are passwordless -- we send you a magic link, no password required. From there you can edit your listing name, tagline, description, category, screenshots, and more.

How does the directree.io listing work?

When you launch on saasrocket.space, we automatically create a listing on directree.io using the data we crawled from your site. The listing is unclaimed by default -- you can take ownership through directree's normal claim flow at any time. The two listings are independent after that snapshot: changes on directree do not affect your saasrocket.space listing and vice versa.

Does paying for saasrocket.space affect my rank on directree?

No. Paid placement lives in the saasrocket.space galaxy map only (your star, its size and glow). Directree ranks tools based on their actual merits -- no listing ever pays for rank there. That is a hard promise and it will not change.

How do accounts and sign-in work?

Accounts are tied to the email address you launched with. Sign in at saasrocket.space/account and we send a magic link to that address -- click it and you are in. No password to remember or reset. Sessions last 30 days.

What is The Run?

The Run is a free browser mini-game at saasrocket.space/game. You fly a rocket (with your listing on the hull) through an endless asteroid field. The longer you survive, the farther you travel. Scores attach to your listing and appear on the all-time and monthly leaderboards. All launched captains can play unlimited times. And there is a prize: each month the listing with the highest run gets a Flight Log article written about it, published on our blog with a link to the product.

Can I share my launch with others?

Yes. Every launch generates a free public replay link. Anyone can watch your launch cinematic -- no account or payment needed. Share it wherever you like.

Does it cost anything to launch?

No. Launching is free during early access -- no credit card, no charge. Pricing may be introduced later; we will let existing stars know before anything changes. If you have questions, reach out via the contact page.
